What’s the catch?
There aren’t any. Our prices are comparable to pet shops and sometimes cheaper. Delivery is free subject to distance – please refer to the delivery map for more information.
What brands do you stock?
We endeavour to supply all brand name pet food and some not so well known brands. If you can’t find what you are looking for then please contact us on 01684 572635 or email info@petfoodpronto.co.uk.

Yes. Pet Food Pronto offers a breeder and professional users service via it’s sister company Pet Link. How do I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron
When will I be charged?
If the items are being couriered then payment will be required prior to dispatch.
In other cases payment will be required upon delivery by Pet Link/Pet Food Pronto itself.
If you are not going to be in then payment will be required prior to delivery.
Will my credit card details be safe?
Pet Food Pronto is currently looking at a safe online payment facility so watch this space.

When will my order arrive?
We will contact you within 24 hours with a delivery time, to take payment and your delivery details.
Do you charge delivery?
Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire
We offer a free delivery service to Malvern, Worcester, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Evesham and Pershore and any place within that area. Any location outside of this area will incur a delivery charge if your order is not £50.00. If you are unsure if you are within that area or what the delivery charge will be if you are outside that area then please contact us for details.
Other areas of the UK
We offer a courier service to customers in the mainland England, Wales and Scotland (excludes highlands and islands). The charges:
Orders over £50.00 FREE
Orders under £50.00 incur a £5.00 delivery charge.
Orders will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch but excludes weekend delivery. Should a weekend delivery be required then please notify us and we will be able to provide the delivery charge for this additional service.
What happens if I am out when the parcel arrives?
If you are out when we try to attempt your delivery we will leave you a card notifying you of our attempt and giving you information on how to arrange an re-delivery of your order. They will hold your parcel in the depot for up to 7 days whilst you arrange delivery. Should you not arrange for this to be done you will be charged for the cost of the return of your parcel. Delivery hours are between 7am and 6pm unless you specify a timed service.
You can also leave special instructions for the courier to leave the parcel however this will be at your own risk.
Deliveries made by our courier are at a discounted rate and should you wish for us to re-send your parcel it will be done at the true cost to us.
Responsibility cannot be taken for the wrong order, or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and the return of the goods in these circumstances.
No Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity [or telephone service], and no other Party will have a right to terminate this Agreement in such circumstances.
How can I increase my order value so as not to incur a delivery charge?
If your order is less than the minimum required in your area, perhaps family, friends or neighbours would be interested in ordering their food from us. As long as the total order being delivered on the same day, in the same area, is over the minimum required then a delivery charge will not apply. We may already be in the area and if we are you will then not be charged.
Yes we will deliver it to your friends and neighbours in the same area rather than leaving the delivery with you.
OR: We may already be in the area on the same day. If we are in the area and if we can deliver to you at the same time you will not be charged.

What if I am just out of the area?
Pet Food Pronto aims to help customers. If you are out of our delivery area which is Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire please contact us for delivery terms on 01684 572635 or email us at info@petfoodpronto.co.uk. We have delivered to other areas by using a courier or personal delivery.
What if I am late and miss your delivery?
We would be grateful if you could contact us immediately. We will be unable to leave any item that has not been paid for in full. If there is any chance that you might not be around then please let us know and as long as your order has been paid for in full then we will be happy to leave the order in a safe place that you have designated.
Will you inform me if you are running late?
Yes. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as it becomes apparent that we are running late. This will often be caused by things which are out of our hands such as heavy traffic or road closures. Pet Food Pronto strives to offer excellent customer service and to keep you informed.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be notified by telephone on 01684 572635 giving us at least 24 hours notice. An administration charge of £5.00 may apply to cancellations received less than 24 hours before delivery. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

Do you have retail premises?
Yes we now have a store in Malvern at 38 Newtown Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 1NZ the store is branded under our sister company Pet Link. We will be happy to welcome anyone who would like to come and have a look around. The new store has also increased the product range available to our customers to include beds, cages, Wild Bird food, Poultry food, leads, collars and a wider selection of treats. If you cannot find what you are looking for online then please contact us and we can let you know if we have the item in stock or if we can source it for you.

You are welcome to come and see us at any shows that we are attending and we would be happy to see you. Please contact us for details of the shows we will be attending.
