What’s the catch?
There aren’t any. Our prices are comparable to pet shops and sometimes cheaper. Delivery is free subject to distance – please refer to the delivery map for more information.
What brands do you stock?
We endeavour to supply all brand name pet food and some not so well known brands. If you can’t find what you are looking for then please contact us on 01684 576544 or email info@petfoodpronto.co.uk.

I can’t find what I’m looking for?
If the product is not on our web site then please contact us on 01684 576544 or email info@petfoodpronto.co.uk it may be that it hasn’t reached the site yet or we may be able to source it for you.
I want to buy in bulk, can you accommodate that?

I own a kennel / am a breeder and looking for a supplier can you help?
Yes. Pet Food Pronto offers a breeder and professional users service via it’s sister company Pet Link. Pet Link is a breeder point and distribution point for several companies to include Arden Grange and Natural Dog Food Company this list is being added to all the time so please contact Zoe for further information on 01684 576544 or zoe@pet-link.co.uk

How do I pay?
Payment can be made instantly via:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express.
Alternatively cheques are accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card.
Please make cheques payable to “Pet Food Pronto”.
Cash can be accepted but the other payment methods are preferable.
Payment will be taken on delivery.
When will I be charged?
Payment will be on delivery. Or in the case of orders at shows upon taking the order.
Will my credit card details be safe?
Pet Food Pronto is not currently taking payments on the web site as we consider that it is safer and provides a more personalised service to receive payment on delivery.

When will my order arrive?
Web site order: We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your order to arrange a convenient time for Pet Food Pronto to deliver.
Phone order: Delivery will be arranged for a convenient time when your order is taken.
Do you charge delivery?
Please refer to the map for further details. You will need to locate your town or village on the map and depending on which band you are in there may be a minimum order value required.
Please refer to the question below for examples of how to increase your order value.
If the minimum order for your location is not reached then a delivery charge determined by distance will be payable. Please contact us for more information.
How can I increase my order value so as not to incur a delivery charge?
If your order is less than the minimum required in your area, perhaps family, friends or neighbours would be interested in ordering their food from us. As long as the total order being delivered on the same day, in the same area, is over the minimum required then a delivery charge will not apply. We may already be in the area and if we are you will then not be charged.
Yes we will deliver it to your friends and neighbours in the same area rather than leaving the delivery with you.
OR: We may already be in the area on the same day. If we are in the area and if we can deliver to you at the same time you will not be charged.

What if I am just out of the area?
Pet Food Pronto aims to help customers. If you are out of our delivery area which is Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire please contact us for delivery terms on 01684 576544 or email us at info@petfoodpronto.co.uk. We have delivered to other areas by using a courier or personal delivery.
What if I am late and miss your delivery?
We would be grateful if you would contact us straight away on 01684 576544 to inform us of your delay so that we can rearrange or wait for you.
Or if you have confirmed a place to leave the food in case you are delayed and left payment then we will leave the food in accordance with your instructions.
Will you inform me if you are running late?
Yes. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as it becomes apparent that we are running late. This will often be caused by things which are out of our hands such as heavy traffic or road closures. Pet Food Pronto strives to offer excellent customer service and to keep you informed.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be notified by telephone on 01684 576544 giving us at least 24 hours notice. An administration charge of £5.00 may apply to cancellations received less than 24 hours before delivery. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

No. Pet Food Pronto does not give your details to any other organisations.

Do you have retail premises?
In order to provide the delivery service to our customers we do not currently have retail premises. This means that we can provide the free delivery as we do not have the overheads of retail premises. However this may be something we consider in the future.
Can I come and see you?
You are welcome to come and see us at any shows that we are attending and we would be happy to see you. Please contact us for details of the shows we will be attending.
